BIOGRAPHY

Eye X is a Finnish band of five members playing melodic heavy rock with hooking changes and progressive flavours. The idea is to create our own music just by playing together based on mixed ideas of all members - with passion and by having fun!

We are currently planning and recording new material for the Promo X III.
Then we'll be ready for gigs !

History

2005: Eye X was founded in Kuopio, Finland.

2007: First demo named "Promo X I", now Heno in vocals and Pekka in keyboards. Promo X I contains two songs: Falling Down and Time to Wake. At the end of 2007, Heno and Eye X desided go to separate directions.

2008: Year 2008 was time of training and creating more songs and finding a new singer. Lot of good material were created. Ana joined to Eye X as a new singer at the end of 2008.

2009: Promo X II was recorded in our own studio between november 2008 and april 2009. Promo X II was recorded and mixed by Janne Rissanen (Verjnuarmu), just like Promo X I was, and mastered by Janne Tolsa (Tarot). Promo X II contains three songs: Into the Minefields, Thrown into this World and Dystonia. Sami moved back to northern Finland in the winter. Now we needed a new bassist. At the end of spring 2009, our new bassist, Rami, walked into our studio.

2010: New drummer, Joke, joined the Eye X. Two new songs, The Masterplan and My Goodbye, were debuted live at Henry's Pub.
